Have a change of heart? At Trinkets, we know that not every piece of clothing works out the way you want it to and we are happy to help you with the right fit! You are more than welcome to return your unworn items for store credit. Since our store gets new merchandise weekly, all returns must be received within 15 days of the original shipment date.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, with the original tags attached.

- All returns will receive store credit only.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- Jewelry, bralettes, socks, swim, sale, or promotional items are all final sale.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
- All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 15th. Holiday returns will be for store credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy (see final sale items above).
- We know you want your items as soon as possible, so we try and send it as quickly as we can!
- We ship 1 business day after purchase.
- We charge a flat $8 shipping cost for orders under $50.
- All orders over $50 will receive free shipping in the Continental U.S..
- We are not responsible for any stolen or lost bags after the item has been delivered.
- If something has gone wrong with your package, please call the carrier service and they will handle it from there.
