Trinkets offers in-store credit or exchange within 21 days of purchase with proof of your online invoice shipped with order. All items must be in original condition, with the tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and smoke free. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

All items must be returned within 21 days of being delivered to you. The date in which USPS tracking link says it was delivered to you will be the date used to determine when the 21 days will be up. After the 21 days, we will not be able to accept returns on any purchases. Please include your invoice that came with the online purchase. If you do not have it, or cannot find your order number please email for further instructions and help with your return. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we do not provide return labels. Please send your returns to:

If you live close to one of our 4 locations, feel free to bring your return to one of our stores. Online returns can only be processed Monday-Saturday in the stores.


Please allow 5 buisness days for processing when sending in a return. You will receive your in-store credit confirmation via email. The in-store credit can be used online or in store.



Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please email within 7 days of delivery and include pictures of the damage and your invoice/order number.


Holiday Returns

During the Holidays we offer store credit and exchange for all purchases made between November 23rd-December 24th until January 21st, 2020.


Additional Return Details

When returning shoes please make sure to ship the shoes back in their original box. Also, please ship the shoe box in another box. This will keep from damaging the shoes and the shoe box. Also, please try on your shoes somewhere that will keep the bottoms from getting dirty and looking worn. The shoes looking worn on the bottom is grounds for our right to refuse the return.


Once you wear an item, it cannot be returned for any reason. If it is damaged while you are wearing it, we are so sorry! But we cannot issue a return for the item. This includes if the item shrinks in the washing machine/dryer. Always read the care label! If the item being returned for a damage shows any sign of wear, we hold the right to refuse the returned item.
